BOARD MEETINGS
Effective April 1st, 2026 Board meetings will be held every other month or as needed. Meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday but may vary depending on the availability of the Board members. Meeting days can be found on the Calendar. Times and location information may be obtained by contacting Qualified Property Management. Annual Member meetings are scheduled within the first quarter of the FY based on space availability.
All homeowners are welcome to attend to learn about issues in the community, maintenance, repairs, contracts, budgets, etc. All minutes and agendas are posted on this site to keep homeowners informed. Homeowners may also submit items to be added to the agenda for discussion. Requests for meeting location and agenda additions should be sent to dianne@qualifiedproperty.com.
The HOA Board of Directors is volunteers who are elected by the Members. Any homeowner in good standing is eligible to become a member of the Board. The goals of the Board include, but are not limited to, safeguarding the interests of our members, preserving the attractiveness of our community, maintaining and enhancing property values, and providing governance that is fiscally responsible, accountable, efficient and transparent.
