Located in New Port Richey, Florida, Cypress Lakes is a quiet and deed restricted community tucked back in behind John Mitchell Park. It began development in the late 1980’s by Grove Park Homes and is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
The community consists of 247 single family homes surrounded by 12 ponds and an abundance of conservation land. We have a diverse population made up of young families, retirees, professionals and singles from all over the United States as well as several international counties.
Cypress Lakes is conducive to walkers, joggers, bikers and allows the use of golf carts. With sidewalks on both sides of the street and streetlights throughout the development, we are a safe, family and pet friendly community.
Our location off of Little and Trouble Creek Roads provides easy access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, parks and recreation, medical services, places of worship and the Tampa area airports.
